Apparently rats in the Klang Valley are taking advantage of this Year of the Rat. It appears as if they are having their very on carnival here - they can feast, roam, play and threaten freely especially at the wet markets and eating places without fear.As we know rats do spread diseases like Typhus, viral and bacterial infection to humans. What are the authorities doing about this ?

I have seen rats as large as cats roaming around at a Chinese coffee shop in section 17 PJ. One stray cat actually ran away when it was confronted by a very large rat.
